SOFF OCC is designed to remove one of the largest barriers to playing cricket while travelling: needing to organize an entire team yourself.
A verified SOFF Player Account is required to play. Your account connects your contact details, player profile, bookings, assessments and newsletter benefit where applicable.

Read the descriptions and watch the example batting and bowling clips when available. Choose the closest honest level—not the level you hope to reach in the future.
SOFF may ask follow-up questions or recommend another level.

Payment secures your booking position subject to level suitability, fixture confirmation and the applicable terms. Customer-specific add-ons are normally arranged only after their cost, scope and payment have been agreed.
An Open for Booking fixture is proposed, not guaranteed. The published player threshold is one part of the decision. SOFF also verifies that the player mix, ground, opposition, officials and operations are suitable.
When these checks are complete, the fixture becomes Confirmed.
Confirmed players receive a briefing covering the final venue, reporting time, clothing, equipment, transport information, match format, team allocation process and local contact details.
SOFF aims to provide well-matched, properly managed cricket. Normal cricket uncertainty still applies: no player is guaranteed runs, wickets, a specific batting position or a fixed bowling allocation.
After the match, SOFF may record an internal batting, bowling and wicketkeeping assessment. One innings or spell does not define a player. Assessment considers technique, control, pace, decision-making, role and overall standard—not only runs and wickets.
