SOFF can prepare customized cricket experiences for groups that want to play together. A group booking may involve one match, several fixtures or a broader travel programme.
SOFF welcomes ongoing relationships with overseas clubs and academies. At launch, these are handled as practical group and referral relationships—not as a separate membership network with automatic commitments.
This keeps each arrangement clear: dates, player numbers, levels, safeguarding requirements, services and pricing are agreed for the actual group.
Groups receive a quotation based on participant numbers, playing level, venues, format, number of matches, transport, accommodation and other requested services. A group discount may be available where operating efficiencies justify it.
Discounts do not automatically combine with newsletter, package, referral or promotional benefits unless the quotation expressly says so.
SOFF may occasionally arrange premium cricket experiences, including special venues, gala games, fundraising events or matches involving public personalities or celebrities. These are separately designed and priced because their costs, permissions, security and production needs may differ substantially from a standard fixture.
Celebrity participation is never implied unless it has been specifically contracted and announced by SOFF.
Junior participation requires a separate approved programme covering safeguarding, guardian consent, supervision, accommodation, transport, insurance, medical and emergency procedures.
Junior players are not accepted into the normal adult pilot simply through the standard booking process.

Please do not send passport copies at the enquiry stage. SOFF asks for identity or travel documents only where a defined service, legal requirement or risk control makes them necessary.
